Welcome
A number of model railroads are in various levels of completion in the north-central region of West Virginia; an area encompassing the communities of Clarksburg, Fairmont, and Morgantown. This page and the related links have been created to bring together images and details so visitors can see the extent of the model railroading community in our area. Many of the layout owners featured here are members of the Mon Valley Railroad Club of West Virginia.
Enjoy your visit to these railroads and check back for updated photos. Several are progressing towards operations. Several of these layouts were open for the Mountain State Express NMRA Regional convention in late April 2006.
