Events

The Mon Valley Railroad Historical Society has participated in many events over the last several years. We have transported, set up, and operated a 12' x 24' HO scale model railroad to the Forest Festival in Elkins, W. Va., the Labor Day Festival in Rowlesburg, W. Va., and Mountaineer Week on the West Virginia University campus in our home of Morgantown. We have also opened our permanent layout for open house events in conjunction with downtown Morgantown events. Setting up the railroad.
